Welcome to the website of Ciao Design Studio (including our window furnishings workroom, CDS Window Furnishings) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
About this website
This website provides general information about our interior design, project coordination and window furnishing services. Content on this site is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice for your specific circumstances. Formal advice, scope, fees and deliverables for any project are set out in a written proposal or engagement agreement provided to you before work begins.
Consultation bookings
Our Initial Design Consultation is a 90-minute session priced at $650 AUD, payable online at the time of booking. Should you proceed to engage Ciao Design Studio for your project, the consultation fee is credited toward your project engagement.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by contacting us at team@ciaodesign.com.au or 0452 656 228, and we will happily reschedule your session or provide a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, may forfeit the consultation fee.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Services and engagements
All design, project coordination and window furnishing services are subject to a separate written proposal, quote or engagement agreement, which will set out the specific scope, fees, timelines and terms applying to your project. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of your engagement agreement prevail over these website terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, photography of our projects, designs, drawings and branding — is owned by or licensed to Ciao Design Studio and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Design concepts, drawings and documentation prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. This website may contain links to third-party websites (including our workroom, CDS Window Furnishings, and external platforms); we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
Limitation of liability
